Wholesale Scenario Desk LLC was created to help mortgage professionals find practical solutions for borrowers who do not fit inside the standard lending box.We work with mortgage brokers and loan officers on Non-QM and alternative lending scenarios, including bank statement loans, DSCR rental property loans, profit-and-loss programs, asset-based qualification, investor loans, and self-employed borrower solutions.Our focus is simple: help lending partners review scenarios, understand documentation requirements, and identify potential loan options before a file gets submitted. Complex borrower profiles need clear guidance, not vague answers and guideline gymnastics pretending to be strategy.
